First, I listen, then I talk.
I ask dozens of questions to understand the company, where it stands, and how it operates. I do my own deep research. I look at your business holistically.
I believe that if someone tells you how to do your marketing in the first conversation, they are misleading you.
I don’t give generic advice nor recommend such solutions. I think with content, but you won’t hear „content is king” from me.
I don’t pretend to know it all. I have a network of proven and trusted specialists in various areas of marketing. I work with them as needed or recommend them for specific tasks.

The way I see B2B marketing
B2B marketing is challenging. The customer’s buying process is long, nonlinear, and involves multiple people. A business customer doesn’t buy a complex, expensive service or product based on a single ad or cold email they see. It’s a process that often takes months.
That’s why your audience needs to connect with your brand before they start the path to purchase and begin listing the companies they want to contact. It’s too late at that point, and no marketing campaign will change that.
B2B marketing requires a strategy and an action plan implemented consistently over time. It consists of processes and background activities that build the brand and generate demand, without which no campaign can succeed.
B2B marketing must be driven by the company’s objectives because it touches all business areas. Its goal should be to generate revenue. Clicks, page views, conversion rates, or leads are all steps along the way.
This doesn’t mean we need to ask what is the ROI of every single marketing activity or collateral.
That way, marketing and sales have a common goal, and instead of fighting over the quantity or quality of leads, they work hand in hand to generate revenue.
