I build and run AI-enhanced marketing operations for B2B companies with long sales cycles — and take accountability for the whole thing actually working.
Random acts of marketing don’t compound. Business logic does.

Three ways to plug me in
Kick-start your marketing
In the beginning, you do not necessarily need a full-time director-level marketer, but you surely could use this level of leadership and strategic guidance. This is a way to get an experienced CMO and start your marketing earlier than you typically would because of budget constraints.
Support during a pivotal phase
As your business grows, marketing gets more complicated. Fractional CMO brings proven frameworks to steer your strategy, lead your marketing team, and take charge of your marketing operations, all while significantly reducing costs compared to a full-time CMO.
Marketing leadership
If your team lacks guidance and leadership, a fractional CMO can step into this essential role, ensuring that your marketing activities are coordinated and carried out effectively, and your team is cared for.
Who I am
Not a Guru. A Practitioner
I’ve spent 18 years learning how to do this from five different angles. Each one taught me something the next one would need.
Every step added a layer.
Trade journalism gave me the discipline of research, fact-checking, and critical thinking — the habit of never taking a claim at face value. As a managing editor, I learned to run editorial as a system, not a series of heroic efforts.
The publishing house added first-person business experience on top of that editorial discipline — P&L, payroll, commercial reality. Content marketing pulled the whole craft into a commercial purpose. Leading full marketing operations made me accountable for whether any of it actually moved the business.
Now I bring all of that as one system, enhanced by AI but built on experience that no model can replicate.

Here’s a short success story
I joined a technology capital group as Head of Growth in late 2018 and continued working until mid-2023.
Starting from scratch, I crafted strategies, formed a team, and kick-started marketing operations for ten subsidiaries.
For 2022, the group’s revenue was higher by 189% than when I got on board.
I helped increase it from 5.6 mln EUR to 16.3 mln EUR in 4 years.

How I work
Technical proficiency is not strategic proficiency
I don’t offer magic hacks. I offer a sustainable, revenue-focused architecture that survives the next hype cycle.
AI commoditizes execution, making thinking more critical than ever.
I don’t just use AI. I design marketing systems where AI handles the heavy lifting, ensuring your strategy survives the next tool cycle.
I act as the strategic filter—ensuring that while the machine handles the scale, the humans handle the connection.
My mindset
The way I see B2B marketing
B2B marketing is challenging. The customer’s buying process is long, nonlinear, and involves multiple people. A business customer doesn’t buy a complex, expensive service or product based on a single ad or cold email they see. It’s a process that often takes months.
That’s why your audience needs to connect with your brand before they start the path to purchase and begin listing the companies they want to contact. It’s too late at that point, and no marketing campaign will change that.
B2B marketing requires a strategy and an action plan implemented consistently over time. It consists of processes and background activities that build the brand and generate demand, without which no campaign can succeed.
B2B marketing must be driven by the company’s objectives because it touches all business areas. Its goal should be to generate revenue. Clicks, page views, conversion rates, or leads are all steps along the way.
This doesn’t mean we need to ask what is the ROI of every single marketing activity or collateral.
That way, marketing and sales have a common goal, and instead of fighting over the quantity or quality of leads, they work hand in hand to generate revenue.
Pricing plans
I don’t believe that „What’s your rate?” is the proper opener for discussion. That’s why I’m going fully transparent.
